“Working with Rachel has been eye-opening for me. She explains concepts in a way that makes it easy to integrate and understand. Rachel is incredibly caring and clearly has a passion for her work. Thanks to Rachel, I have learned that progress is not linear and that I can love my body unconditionally and look at everything as a learning opportunity. Thank you Rachel for helping me find my value and worth again.”

“If you only read part of this, let it be this—working with Rachel is one of the best things I’ve ever done. Without Rachel, I would still be stuck in the vicious cycle of dieting and disordered eating. I had been dieting since I was 13 years old and had a horrible relationship with food and my body. It seemed as though everyone else was fine with food, but why was I so obsessed with the chips that were in my cupboard? Why did I have to eat the whole bag? The idea of not counting calories and actually eating “bad foods” was terrifying and seemed totally backwards, but I thought, I’ve tried everything and I’m not getting better so I might as well try this [working with Rachel]. Over the course of 4 months, Rachel showed me the ways of intuitive eating and self-care. Talking to Rachel was a complete breeze and although it wasn’t always easy, working with Rachel was the best thing I could have done for my health. I could not recommend her more.”

“Rachel and I worked together remotely over the course of about 6 months. I wanted to re-gain my energy, feel better, improve my digestion and of course, lose weight. Rachel listened, and surprisingly to me, we never talked about a specific diet or meal plan. Instead, Rachel introduced me to the Health at Any Size movement and the idea of intuitive eating—a whole new concept to me and one I didn’t initially understand or particularly trust.

As we worked through the written exercises provided to focus my eating, body and happiness awareness, Rachel respectfully challenged my thinking about what health meant and what I thought it should look like. Slowly, I realized that my old ideas about health and body image were not serving me—they weren’t even necessarily true! What I really wanted was to not think about or be preoccupied with rules around eating and at the same time, to be healthy and take good care of my body. And so began my intuitive eating journey. This shift required (and continues to require) a whole new mindset that would not have been possible without the safe and caring environment Rachel created and her invitation to explore, consider new ideas and take chances.

I love that Rachel leads by example (just check out her social media, blog and podcast). She is courageous, vulnerable, engaging and fun—all qualities I value and appreciate in a health partner. The world needs more Rachel and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone.”

“In such a diet riddled society I felt turning to a more sustainable eating regime was important. When I looked at my personal patterns overtime I realized that I was often on and off the diet wagon and not really making much headway. I felt turning to someone that had a wealth of knowledge in the industry would be the best way to make a positive change.

Rachel was approachable, knowledgeable, and had a very compelling personal story so I felt working with her would be a great fit. Her program is easy to follow and very comprehensive. The content was relevant and easy to grasp and Rachel was always there as support and guidance. Breaking habits and patterns is not always easy but Rachel made it totally doable. I think the hardest part is letting go of all the habits and patterns that have been formed over time and trusting your body that it knows what is best for it. This is totally possible with an open mind and the guidance of Rachel’s program.”
