For 30 days straight, you will receive daily bite-sized and weekly chew-sized challenges to your inbox. You will have until midnight each night to complete the daily challenge and 1 week to complete the weekly challenge.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • This challenge is more about quality than it is quantity. Ideally, we’d love for you to complete the whole challenge (and have set up supports to help you do so), but in the event that you miss a day, bookmark it to complete another day after the challenge and simply pick up the next day!

  • The best part? Participating in the challenge won’t require much additional time on your part. Rather, the challenge will encourage you to live the same life as you do now, but go about things in a different way that you usually would (subtle changes = big shifts) with the exception of the weekly challenges that may take 30 minutes of planning.

    If we were to put a number to it though, approximately 15 minutes/day to read the challenge of the day, complete the self-inquiry questions and share in the group.

    The actual “challenge” of the day will occur in your everyday life, so it will not require any additional time.

  • Zero to minimal! The Daily Challenges are designed for you to be able to complete them the day of with resources you already have. The Weekly Challenges require a bit more planning, but you’ll have a week to complete them.

  • We’ll never force you to do anything you are not comfortable with. That said, we ran most of the challenges by my Mom and they were all things she would be up for trying, if that counts for anything :)

  • The program runs from January 16th - February 14th, 2023. There are 4 Coaching Calls, all of which will occur on Thursday at 12pm EST / 9am PST throughout the duration of the challenge.
