From mindset coach on zoom
Prior to becoming a DJ, Rachel’s career was predominately in the field of personal development – first as a holistic nutritionist, then as a food & body image coach and then a mindset / life coach for women. While she built a six-figure coaching practice, had 300,000 downloads on her podcast and helped thousands of women, she still had this feeling: “There must be more”.

To her first ever rave at 31
At the age of 31, she went to her first ever rave – and it changed her life. She left feeling so alive, inspired and exploding with business ideas. “Every woman needs this”, she thought.

"In 30 days, i'm going to throw a dance party'
In the mindset world it’s said, to increase the likelihood of bringing a goal to life you have to tell someone and put a date to it. On December 25th, 2023, she did just that. She announced on Instagram, that in 30 days, she was going to throw a dance party – and to force herself to learn how to DJ, she was going to DJ it too.

The Rest is history
January 25th 2024 marked the first ever REUNION with just 30 women in the room, which grew to a 500 person party in the span of a year, in addition to becoming a national touring party. Rachel went from not being a DJ on January 1st 2024 to doing 50+ gigs her first year – a testament to what happens when we remember who we are and do the damn thing we were born to do.

and she's just getting started
Today, Rachel is a sought-after DJ, MC and creative consultant working across Canada and beyond. She’s also the founder of REUNION, a consistently sold-out event series, and a leading voice behind the Raving Is Good For You™ movement. Once coined the “pivot queen,” Rachel’s work has taken many forms, but the mission behind it has never changed: to help people feel more alive, more like themselves, and more empowered to do the damn thing they were born to do.
