149: When You Feel Like You Aren’t Living For You - Solo Episode

What if living the life you truly desire was as easy (or as difficult) as rewriting some of the beliefs and stories that have been set in your mind for years?

I spent most of my 20s doing things a certain way because I thought it was what I was supposed to do. People praised me and I felt validated by others—but I didn’t feel validated by me. Deep down, I felt empty and asked myself… is this it? All because I hadn’t learned how to listen to myself, and relief on others’ approval or opinion.

Fast forward a decade, and I’m truly living my life for me. I’m living my juiciest, most authentic, most me version of my life I could possibly live—all as a result of rewriting my beliefs and stories, and figuring out how to truly listen to myself and what I wanted.

It’s hard and it’s worth it, and you can do it too. Get back into the driver’s seat of your own life and get inspired to rewrite your story.
