When most people think about ADHD, they think about the hyperactive child who can’t sit still in class or has a lot of energy all the time. But what Rebecca King found out when she was diagnosed in her late teens that was ADHD looks a lot different on adults, and especially on adult women. She went through a journey of learning how to work with her brain + ADHD instead of against it, and was able to go from not eating during the day and binging at night to intuitive eating for her own body.

Hear all about Rebecca’s journey as an ADHD Nutritionist who practices and encourages intuitive eating, and what ADHD might look like on an adult woman. Even if you don’t have ADHD, the tips and tools Rebecca gives in this episode will help you with so many aspects of your life--so get cozy and tune on in.
